Hello again,

I hope everybody had a good holiday and I wish you all a happy new year. As you know, skin is a reflection of our body, food, and diet and how we live our lifestyle are also all important. Starch and sugar cause inflammation, we need some fat to burn protein, but sugar is our enemy. You need to know the type of skin you have, this would help you make sure to take care of your skin in a way that is suitable for your skin type.

Skin type, another important factor for keeping our youth is knowing the free radicals and their effect on our skin. Now the question is how to fight these free radicals or damages. Hello,

This is my first blog and I was wondering how to start, there are so many subjects I want to talk about. I will start with some skin care basics. Our skin is the largest part of our body that protects us against environmental aging, and it is under attack all day long. When we are young we are strong and have the power to fight against it but gradually we lose this power as we get older. This is when we need to change and we can initiate this change with a healthy lifestyle, the right diet, and not smoking. This will help keep it firm, healthy, radiant, and young looking. Nourishing the skin is a good way to help and using masks is a good start natural fruits, watermellon, cucumber, peach masks are excellent. Next week we will talk about more specific types of skin care and masks.
